Authorpumping mechanism change
any changes for others?
Can you please elaborate?
Too Long Didn't Read.
The is there party from maxim from .ru

The average stat tables used to determine character upgrades have been updated.
A separate calculation and table have been added for magic builds. Attack and initiative gained through guild levels are no longer taken into account when evaluating their upgrades. Free stats, defense, and skill bonuses are still taken into account.
As far as I can see the admins have not posted thefiner details and not sure if anyone has worked them Out or not. Time will tell
For me yesterday I got 10.25k exp for a win at thieft, today around 9.5k. I think it would be more however if I put more stats into spell power or knowledge though I'm not sure
+421% - level 25 here i come.
TL,DR

Wizard builds get their own exp penalty calculator. No more 0HG/TG abuse.
Classic admin move , to introduce an update without thoroughly assessing pros and cons
Speaking as a targeted “0hg abuser” , this update will definitely make me switch a faction/build and an approach to the character development in general. However , it does not make me unhappy , it will be pretty easy to adjust to it.

First observation - rip chaos , de, wiz , you name it , I don’t see it being a viable option on lower levels, unless 400-1000% of extra xp is your kink
Second observation - (I’ll use cl16 as an example) necromancers , tribals, dwarfs and elves never particularly struggled in mixed/2v2 commanders. Now they get a boost out of nowhere.

I think formula might not be finalised yet , plus it is uncertain what is considered to be a “magic build” but personally questionable update

Imo what had to be done is a targeted nerf of 0hg wizard in duels (cl up to 16) this was the only issue from my perspective
for Witch:
And what would you propose as a targeted nerf?
Something in the same spirit of how they gutted caster Unholy Necro by not allowing points to be put into Defense?
Is the penalty additive, the maximum of the two, or some average?

Right now, I have 1% penalty for pumping and 9% for magic. How much penalty do I actually have?
These are Direct nerfs to dueling mages at low levels. And for clan PvP low levels. Not sure if mages were super strong for paired cg
for koalabear:
1% in fights where you play a non-mage build
9% in fights where you play a mage build

As to how it is determined whether you are playing a mage or non-mage build? That is still unclear.

My speculation for above: Stat distribution into Knowledge and Spell Power as a ratio of all available distributed parameters and/or chosen talents (less likely)
I don't get this at all. But also don't have lots of info on it.

So, i have +421% for mage build. Why? What is so extremely pumped here compared to others?

For non-mage build have have +64%. I get that, fair.
Can somebody post what the actual changes are?
for Acean:

Functionally check yourself out here

Still have no clue how this mage build pumping works. Overnight while doing nothing it was raised to +550%
I think with how it works out your stats, those from hg and tg, which only give attack and I initiative are ignored, while those from Merc and CG which can flex to any stat, within a mage are counted as knowledge or spell power. As such if your character is well developed on hg, it doesn't penalise you as much as if you are advanced in CG level.

At least that is my best guess as to what is happening and why some have very high pumping disproportionately to what it was before
Ok, that makes sense.
