oh I have no idea about that since I haven't even played any. But I remembered that Arctic said the difficulty will reduce after each lost. He did not mention anything about other criteria.

Dear Sir,

Your supposed spy ring is clearly not gathering information fast enough. It has been more than 2 weeks since the Empire announced these unexplained assailants and they continue to be unexplained. The brave warriors from the old lands have been pushing back waves of attacks, some (if not most) are almost broke, morale is starting to decline as they wonder what in the world are they fighting for. Please enlighten us soonest possible.

What happens if a military clan loses a facility and during the 2h period that it can be captured no other military clans gets a victory on it.
Will the old military clan get the facility back for free or where does it go to?
Because if it goes back to empire, then there is a subdistrict on the map with only 3 out of 4 facilties.
liuker, i think it's not so simple as just losing a combat; i think there're other criteria to meet before the difficulty goes down e.g. a minimum fps or BG number?

Unlikely that most are already broke. There's always someone clearing out the primary element (fire crystal, ice crystal, meteorite shard, windflower) sales in the market and driving prices up. When I see the prices go down to pre-May-8 levels, then maybe I will say that most people are going broke. Of course, it may be some element hoarder doing that but I think it's safe to assume that those element sales are meant for weapons to use in this event. Maybe some people are already having financial challenges but I think we haven't seen the peak in overall server spending yet. This may turn out to be an economic battle between clans...

You are (indirectly) fighting other clans. If you do not defend your facility, some other clan will...

what does being broke have to do with current element price?
each battle costs a player between 1200 and 2500 gold or something like that depending on enchantments. Whereas ALL the income (from defending and faciltiies) go directly to the clan.
And unlike other events, you can mostly not chose to fight, you are merely forced into one when defending your facility.
And if you compare defending cost versus earnings from facility and defending, less than half of the facilities actually make a profit while the event lasts.
I think many would not mind if the event would stop now.

Also if it continues, for like 3 more weeks, then many players will be on holiday and completely unable to login for several weeks ....

If you are broke, then you are unlikely to buy expensive elements. If there are a lot of people buying expensive elements (driving prices higher), then one can surmise that a lot of people are not broke yet...

Also if it continues, for like 3 more weeks, then many players will be on holiday and completely unable to login for several weeks ....

Maybe it will not continue in the same form as it is right now but you may want to start pacing yourself for that permanent MC war. Have you tried organizing minimum art "vanguards" like some thieves do to save gold and keep caravan difficulty down? Didn't they mention dynamic balancing?
@ 109: doesnt work- defense and offense balancing is separate
for Grusharaburas:

a) Most of us fighting to defense our mines (and capturing new ones if possible) are starting to lose money disproportional to mine gains.
b) Not all of us SELL elements and not all of us BUY elements
c) Not that i expect you to understand not being in a MC but defending more than 1 mines, takes A LOT of dedication on behalf of clans(coordinating 21 player per defense,random defense times etc) unless ofc there is a 250 player clan with 250 player active, being at summer that is.
d) Ofc i am not whining, because if i wanted, i could stop defending and not being in any MC like you, so that i can enjoy other aspects of the game. Still in my MC are some of my irl or net friends and we like to hang around together while we play.
I think the server should be bringing in benefits for those who are fighting to make their clan proud! Some thing like medals of loyalty etc.

Iinfact it is upon the clans to distribute gifts to those who are fighting to make them famous. Something like 90% of the earning go as prize money and rest is clan balance:)

This will encourage fighters as they will get interesting battles and will regain some of their lost gold:)

I think the admins should think about this because if it remains like it is, when the permanent war arrives, players will lose interest rapidly. Then, even 5-10 victories can bring you facilities:)

So I think it should be on the admins to work out a way to keep the interest up through medals or maybe things like players get 500*combat level per battle won and the clan gets 1000*combat level too:)

I think players need a break. We like events, but one thing that I enjoyed of this game, was that you didn't need to log everyday, you could take some days off without problems. I hope the game keeps this way.

The idea about players being broke or almost broke is very simple, take me for example:

Start of the event gold: over 550.000
Gold right now: 270.000
Battles fought so far in the event: 84
Exp gained: 604.998
FPS gained: around 300.97

So in terms of helping my alliance, having fun and gaining a lot of FPS, this event is great.
In terms of money invested, I can't continue fighting in this event much, as I have to keep some money to be able to participate in future events. And as we can all see, we got a lot of events these days.


I think this event is rely a test not only to see an alliance strength in terms of active members and coordination, but also a test of endurance in terms of alliance members wealth.

My gold at the start was 16k
Now its 10
Battles fought is 24 (14 in min ap)
Exp gained- approx. 10k
Fsp gained- approx. approx. 20

So if u play battles with min ap to reduce difficulty, it does balance the equation a bit:)
I think admins are trying to test how much pressure players can take. They let it run for like a month, then players will seriously consider balancing their gold. Then big clans will not be able to hold that many facilities, leaving opportunities to smaller clans. I think the admin team is monitoring this all the time.
^ I agree,with Titans having over 21 factories..they will lose almost all of them soon b'coz even if all 250 are active it still is not easy to keep on defending.Maybe admin may increase member limit from 250 to 300 or something like that.
