i think the support ladies work for xsolla, this is the party in between the lordswm bankaccount and all credit card agencies / money transfer systems / banks of the players.
Almost always when diamonds don't come immediately after donating, it is because your own credit card company (or whatever) did not authorize the transfer fast enough, or not at all.

i guess the only thing you might have problems with is your passport. For transaction you have to have at least formal passport (it is free and you can get it easily) |
