all rapiers which are left in game:

theoretically it is possible to figure out who have such artifact (just to scan old battles and get names of all thieves)
-> Thief Leader -> check his transfer log and you will be able to see who returned the rapiers. Then build a difference and you will get names of people who still have this artifact ;)
