cursing

Authorcursing
well 40% curse on enemy stack whose damage is 2-3 does not show any effect if seen using ctrl+click.
But does it actually decreases the damage?

I have seen a few people using in CG.
I think it will have no effect on damage output if the range was 2-3.

Don't know who can cast a 40% curse but you can test with 50%, its going to be the same result i believe.
You get a 50% curse in a library all the time

they keep going sh sh sh

"sorry, it is a very poor joke but I just couldn't help myself"

I think it would make no difference as well, and is possibly just one of those many things that people do not realise. I would put down its use to mistakes and not thinking it through rather than anything else
40% cast is from 50% and some magic resist.

of course, i am aware. Either barrier or resistance will result in 40% curse instead of 50 but i meant that it would be hard to test it like that (if you are going to test during pve atleast).

Lets say the example is about "1-2" Damage instead of "2-3", and the Curse of "50%", instead of "40", to make your example "Simpler".

He is asking whether a "50%" Curse in a unit with "1-2" Damage (Like Skelearchers), would make its damage become "1-1.5", instead of "1-2", even if it doesnt show in "Control + Click".
@4, @6 correct.
It is not 1-1.5, it is 1-2. It is always what it says it says by ctrl+click.
