In order to use the level 3 spells you have to have the basic talent. |
For example:
To play Chastise, you need to equip Basic Holy.
To play Mass Chastise, Basic Holy n Dominion of Wrath.
To empower the magics, further Holy Talents (Adv, Expert ...). |
