Hi, I started playing again after a while and saw some changes around here. +5 HG points and +3 MG points given out in some hunts and quests.
I have a few questions;
1) Are these given out every other hunt and MG quest? Sometimes I get them and sometimes +1 only
2) Should I just do HG every time I get one on level 8 or should I wait to get to a high level and start doing them? Considering I want to make a strong account. Also, what does +5 points mean? If I kill say 100 farmers, will I get 110 farmers next time or has the mechanism changed now?
3) What guild should I focus on right now?
4) Should I do events to get more guild points?

I think it is best to just do +5 HG hunts to maximise exp per HG point. Waiting till a higher level to do hunts is ok too, because there will be more probability of +5 HG hunts

For solo hunts, I think the increase is 30%. Assuming previously you successfully hunted 100 farmers, your next hunt should be (Rough calculation, because of rounding difference):
130 farmers if it is +1 HG (100*1.3)
169 farmers if it is +2 HG (100*1.3^2)
220 farmers if it is +3 HG (100*1.3^3)
371 farmers if it is +5 HG (100*1.3^5)
What guild should I focus on right now?
I think you should focus more on WG and CG, WG because you can only get a maximum of 6 per day (3 from quests until WG5, 3 from survs) and CG because it gives good fsp and stats. You should play LeG as often as possible (if able to gain slight profit or breakeven) as it gives +1% ini on level 9 and 14. If you donate regularly, would be good to get TGI too, as initiative is probably the most important stat. You should look up the changes to pumping penalty to plan as well
Should I do events to get more guild points?
