He might have appealed for a silence punishement instead. The 365 days silence seems something a player might ask as counter punishment. Who knows..
I do not think its a bug since he got silenced right after that. Must have been something he agreed on with the Sheriff. |

Like I said. They probably had an agreement to go for the silence and admin gave him the right to play again untill the jailing got over.
Who knows. We do not know what they can do/not do. |

if thats the case, his transfer log would tell us that he was unjailed earlier, so it is unlikely that that is the case |
| for Arcanide: the reason for the silence says "ПСЖ, sms_id=480859677", which means he asked for the silence himself and it's not a replacement for the imprisonment (correct me if I'm wrong but that's what ПСЖ means I believe). Considering the reason why he got jailed in the first place was because of insults/provocations, he most likely was scared he wouldn't contain himself and get blocked after all so he asked to get silenced in addition. |
