All our tax are 5%, but the clan log says 10% was the paid tax.
How this calculated?

Empire takes a 5% on all taxations. |
| Instead of taxing the income the larger clan gets from you, the empire decides to double down and add to the smaller clans pain :D |

Does this mean if 2 facilities are taxed 5% with same income, it is better to have only 1 of those taxed at 10% for a total of 15% with empire tax?
Same money goes to taxing clan, but only half to the empire? |
