I hold a few facility shares. The production characteristics and price are determined by votes from the shareholders.
Most of these facilities are managed reasonably well, some are well run by efficient voters and have higher profit, others are not. One of my shares is unfortunately majority owned (51 shares) by someone who seems to be braindead and or a troll.

Multiple times per day this player proposes a vote to reduce profit to zero, this never passes because obviously the other shareholders don't want this. Hilariously even though he owns 51 shares he can't make decisions himself unless somebody else proposes the vote. Nevertheless he has been spamming the vote to zero option everyday for around 6 months now. This creates a red notification 2 or 3 times per day.
In the meantime the facility jumps between producing 12 different artifacts because the guy either doesn't understand how to make it profitable or is deliberately trying to wreck the profit.
It seems to me that he is trying to force others to sell so he can buy more shares for cheap but unfortunately seems to suffer from low intelligence. People on the shareholder forum are raging about him but nobody can do anything.
It's a shame there's no vote to kick option. |
| i guess he will put 0 profit to buy all arts and sell them on the market! i have also 5 shares of a facillitie where 2 people just change, set profit to zero and then sell the stuff on the market! |
It probably isn't possible to make a kick option that can't be abused.
I'd recommend just selling the share and cutting your losses. |
