Hi, I just saw that my character got blocked due to not taking items back from repair.

Actually my inventory got full and I was unable to make space for the 2 items given for repair to Feeniksi.
Is there a way I can request for an unblock to the character?

Ouch unfortunate way to lose a level 14 character. I think if you PM the admins they will let you have it back though. No rule has actually been broken here.

If you have a question for the administration concerning a penalty or ban, contact the Secretary (pl_info.php?id=4) or the Appeal Committee (clan_info.php?id=6500). If you are unable to do so on your own, whether due to a low combat level or for any other reason, wait until you reach the minimum required level or ask a friend or clan mate for help. Yeah I know, actually I stopped playing the game regularly and used to come for few mins in some weeks so couldn't make space in inventory :(

I tried sending a PM to Secretary but it says it is not allowed until this character reaches CL 4.

| They are blocking you as the smith can then force return artifacts to you, you should be returned the character then. |
| Oh ok, that seems to be a bit relaxing in that case. Any way as suggested, I raised an appeal on the appeal page. |
