As far as I know, Raise dead doesn't reset the counter, even if the raised stack was perished completely. |

Most magic attacks have a 100% hit rate and reset the counter to 0 so with lightening for example you can hit as many times in a row as you have mana to cast spell.
The Incorporeal ability ONLY applies to physcial attacks. |

This allows them both to be the same
50% hit or miss unless all ready had 2 hits or misses |
