Your arguments about all this situation are weak. As i told You in our personal conversation, there are no game rules that deny buy any item with one gold. If they be - they be denied in game rules, also game mechanics will not allow to do that.
If you put a auction of any auction platform on internet witk 1% item value - and someone buy it - this is a crime? There are Tax Office, that can verify that, there are wealth tax etc. We have all of them in game mechanics.
I think i must create a program to catch some of transactions like i do - with low price - and put there that logs. And all of them are for blocking in Your opinion. Also if You buy item with -15% lower that averange, this is a crime? This is a nonsense!

Actually, theres a rule about GAME leaving items. If thats the case here, you are in trouble :P

As i said before, please don't cut part of game rules because this lost their sense.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the monetary property of the character per month. Monetary property is considered: gold + seven primary resources (wood, ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems, leather) only. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price.
This is not a gift - i don't know that he leaved a game or not. They not put this item to my inventory, i bought them on market. Anyone can buy them. |

zeno is very angry in this whole situation, maybe it was his friend they talk about it and he had to buy it from market and Litwin was faster? everything is possible, if nobody got any clear argument but only "think" that something isnt right then just dont argue

Its just funny, when admins left, players got nothing to do, so they just look at players logs and enjoy they can post anything they found, its just sad, there are ppl who are competent to block or give penalty, if not then ADMINS SUX AGAIN

So what you're saying is that if LITWIN *is* penalised he should be penalised in proportion to the advantage he received in purchasing a cheap Fern Flower? Or around 16K gold?
Sounds fine to me. I doubt that LITWIN would have any significant complaints about this one. Unlike the requests that imply that he should be *blocked* for purchasing the Fern Flower, or pay double the value etc.

I buy Fern for 10 gold because game rules and game mechanics allow to do that.
I bought many items before as low-priced and if i find other occasions like that, i buy it again because that is not denied. Until game rules allow that, this is allowed.
3.15. term is inadequate to any market transaction. Game rules don't impose players to check accounts and forum about player that want to leave this game or not. It he want to put their Fern or Tooadstool for 1 gold, this is only a occasion for someone.
I say, what i need to say - and i don't want waster more of my time here - in this empty conversation about nothing. As i said before - show me the game rule i break - but not cut part of them.
I have over 600 transfer-log pages. One of the greatest in the game. I know game rules. And i trying to not break them.
Don't try to put your understood of game rules in your own way to others.

Even when that post essentially agreed with your more moderate line than the topic starter? Triple Duh!
The topic starter certainly seems to imply that a penalty to LITWIN should be imposed, of at least twice the value of the the Element purchased, but also seemed willing to indicate that blocking was appropraite. I showed that there were certainly additional possible explanations for why Ektoras was penalised so harshly. I'll grant you that I missed the penalty to Megacity, however I certainly looked into the matter more thoroughly than the topic starter. No venom for him in his deplorable oversight? Oh, of course, not. He's a fellow clan member. :P And Quadruple Duh! to you, sir!
