In what world does the Customer Happiness Department have the authority to overrule or supersede a decision made by the Appeals Committee?
The role of Customer Happiness is to keep customers happy and assist them with their concerns. The Appeals Committee exists to review appeals and make decisions on them. These are two very different functions.
If an Appeals Committee decision can simply be overturned by Customer Happiness because they believe the customer should be eligible, then what exactly is the purpose of having an Appeals Committee in the first place? |

| Ah, that old case 2or 3 years ago. I take loan 1,1 from friends and i cant online too long because my family had car accident. I need take care of them an completely forget tell him i had misfortune and he think i run away and report me. Thats why i got double detention 2,2M. When i come back already confess but punishmen already given. Cant do much and accept. Some people say i just liar because giving detail of their condition but whatever, we already make up anyway :) |
