Yeah, berserk is a hudge pain because of agility rune. They are even pretty hard to kill before they go berserk so there's no easy way out of it and a luck on berserk is guaranteed to be total overkill.
Now that said if going berserk dwarf has really crappy range so I guess that's why they usually go with spears instead. |
Idk whether to end the MT attempts/wins and get bronze.

That's because the bronze was in random credit (i.e. you can't choose a team mate) so there are fewer people getting medals in it. Most skilled players play with a preset team so preset team credit usually has more medals (and thus lower prizes for each medal). |

Just looked at the logs for all the gold tourney winners from the last one for level 16. So far of that lot only one of them has got gold, the others have all lost more than 1 and so can get at best silver. I wonder therefore if this is an indicator of better balance, such that people cannot so readily dominate as they had before.
Or perhaps more so the reduction in the pay to win with rings of cold such that everyone has that advantage now - so less easy wins for some from just superior arts? |
in .ru some people add an amount of people they do not want to counter into friend list, then join tournament only when those list of people are not ready. this is called scanning, it is often operated in the later half time of the tournament, when there are less people participating. most of the causal medalists in .ru are scanning to win.
from my experience, to win a straight in the first two days is completely another story compare with to win in the middle time, in high level to win all battles without scanning, you need luck more than strength, because you can not win everyone with a same build. |
