I think, that admins have made this server for non-russian people, as they would donate more money. But will they donate money, if russian people don't respect them, tell them bad things? I think NO.
So, the rules must be improved.

These characters are louts, they address insults to players without a reason. Even in the Russian server such characters would be imposed a serious penalty or blocked.
Don't worry, they will be taken care of. |
