I just reached Level 1 with my knight. If I am correct, he should now get a +1 Defense bonus. However, he still has only 1 Defense (racial start bonus), instead of 2.
I already got the Hunter Level 1 Bonus (+1 Attack), could this be the cause?

There is not much difference about that, while you play with the Knight. But if you switch to a different faction, your Knight bonus shouldn't spread on them, should it? You will need to study that faction's tactics to get racial skills ;) | | Ok, thanks everybody, now it is clear.
