Author | how do i build? |
hey guys I'm new and havent figured this out yet. I have the appropriate resources, yet I cant seem to find a "build" option in my castle to contruct new things. I'm a long time player of HoMM but this has me confused. |
You need to have reached the appropriate combat level. :) |
ok very good that answers that questions. So that means that I must fight all of my first battles with my 11 fearies and 10 wardancers (or whatever they're called)? Or do troops regen in the castle for hire once per day/week/turn whatever? Ie. in 24 hours will I have a total of 22 fearies and 20 dancers?
Thanks for the help. |
not really, they dun seem to die? even when i lose some in a hunt/battle, they will recover by themselves, u can see the heart on top of page |
yeah I see they come back, but do you stacks ever actually get bigger? |
sry, i am as much of a noob, but i think the stacks get bigger only when u level up. |

The numer of your troops is limited only by your level and buildings and castle. For some fractions nimber of troops may be different with higher fraction levl[fl](knight and necromancer - they can hire more troops if [fl] is high).

you are right, you can recruit more warriors (and even new kind of warriors) when you level up. |
koskun.. i have the same expectation as you when i first played the game..
then i realized.. this game have very little persistency value. It's more like a casual game. U keep battling and battling with almost the same setup. Every same level character will eventually used the same setup, same item , same builds and all that. partly because there's not much option at the moment ( espeically when you're at low level ) .
So yes.. if you see a lvl 1 player. he'll be using hunter broadsword, one shield and more or less the same setup.
I'm a bit dissapointed because I thought this was a MMO version of Heroes of Might and Magic ( or at least a close to it clone ) |
No one has forbidden trying out some new "setups" )
And, I guess we'll see the secondary abilities soon, so everyone will be "different" )
And when you reach higher level (like 6-7-8) it's getting even more interesting ) MG, EG, SG and so on. |
