Topics in Complaints and applications mustn't be deleted.
Ok I asked again, How often Secretary read his private mail and what players must do in situations of insults in private mail. PS I waited for answer more than 2 week for an answer or punishment person.
moderators please check who deletes topics in these threads. Topic was created by myself approximately from 22 to 26 of May |
I think the answer would be "Click Reply, and replace the reciever ("To:") to Secretary".
At least that's what I read in a thread I can't find right now. |
| Topics in Complaints and Applications are deleted by the Administration or their "Sweeper" representatives only. Moderators cannot even do that. If your topic was deleted, it means, the Administration familiarized itself with its content. |

Yes, I know procedure and did actually in this way. After sending message to Secretary I waited 4-6 days and create topic in complains.
Deleting my topic, not answering of doing something as result of my complain are that mean that insult in private mail is normal and all users may do this every time that they want? |
Ah, I see your problem.
Either the Admins or Sweepers thought it wasn't worth a penalty, and discarded your report. (That shouldn't discourage you from reporting things though)
Or, they resolved the matter (possibly with a written warning if nothing else) and didn't bother to tell you about it. This second option is all too common, and I tend to do it myself all the time.
There is also a third option, and that is that the admins/sweepers haven't been able to check through all reports. (This usually happen in overcrowded and understaffed games though, and the Admins seem rather active here so I think it's either 1 or 2.) |
