How do you use the Training Chamber to upgrade your

It works automatically and allows you to recruit more bowmen/swordsmen. | | or farmers. | Training chambers are useful to recruit more units. Everytime your faction skill rises, you'll be able to get more units into battle.
So it indeed works automatic, just let your faction skill rise |
