i was taking a look at this and was shocked to find that it costs almost 30k gold to buy, whereas it's younger counterpart does not even cost 5k.
defender shield:
+3 defence
40 durability
Dragon shield:
+1 attack
+4 defence
70 durability
now for 30k we could buy 6 defender shields, thats a total of 240 durability so the 70 means nothing, the extra 1 attack and defence are certainly not worth 20k.
is there any reason at all to get the Dragon shield? |
| Dragon shield has more AP.. so it increases exp and skillpoints received in battles more, then defender shield |
| It's preferable to put mods on items with greater durability - it's cheaper to enchant 1 Dragon shield than 6 Def.shields, and you can keep repairing the Dragon shield over and over. |

Yes, that seems to be correct. :)
Remember, blacksmithing is an art! It is cheaper to sell the broken item and buy a brand new one.
However, when it comes to *Special Items* and items that have good enchants on them, it will be wiser to have them repaired. ;) |

| but how about the sell value of dragon shield? Cuz through the value of it might be very high, it could have a high sell value as well and that could drastically change the value of the item used. i.e cost of usage of dragon shield per match... |
