Imagine big war happens. It usually consists of regular group fights once per 15 min. You have no time to respawn all mana in normal way so you buy one tube and refresh your mana and join battle. Good thing indeed, but expensive |

I think Mana tube should restore 100% of mana.
Even then I would never use it, because it is waste of money :) |
