Uhm... What does lvling up your labour guild do?
I know at some lvl you gain a defence point but what else does it do?

| Okay i have looked at that table but does it actually mean that my pay would increase after my shift or not? That is what i am really asking... Like say i earn 175 now but if i gain 1 labour Guild level would it be 1.2*175....? |
| Yes, you're right , your wage with lg(1) would be 210 |
