AuthorWho did more work in the hunt
I was in a hunt and asked for assistance, then complained during it cause he thought he was doing all the work, but throughout the entire combat who do you think did the most work, me or my assistant http://www.heroeswm.com/war.php?warid=469257389 please comment
Well he wasn't polite about it but he did do more work.
no i did more work, I recieved more skill points than him and everybody knows that in group hunts the person who got more kills gets more skill points which was me so i got more kills therefore i did more work
You delt more dmg, but it's not equal to "work". Your gargs and golems were sitting there while necro got slaughtered, and you threw magic punches. Hunting is a team work, it's not about assistant taking all the heat...

And necro did more work than you.
Besides, the MAX skill point an assitant could get is .25, as opposed to the original guy, who generally get 0.5 for winning.
At the beginning he did more work, but at the end I did more work so on average i did more work than him looking at the total work done throughout all of the battle. Just because I was more tactical doesn't mean I did less work than him, and we did do team work we both together killed them.
In what is the question? you gain 0.22 and 0.28 skill points, this equal 44% and 56% of dmadge. How this damadge was done - another question.
In other side, leemaths, you waieted antill necro kill some enemies and only then began attack... not honestly, but less time to restore army, yep?
Hi, I just completed a co-hunt with leemaths.

He sat back until the middle of the battle. While he did move his gargoyles in to support my units, his golems sat back in a corner.

I freely admit I stopped fighting half way through the battle (I realised he was waiting for my units to absorb most of the damage, so I stopped attacking). Yes, he got more skill points. Yes, he ended up doing more "work" (because I stopped fighting). But no, he wasn't a good teammate.

I normally enjoy helping people with tough hunts but I will never lift a hand to help leemaths again.
From the battle leemaths gave showed that he(leemaths) was pretty useless as he only came to fight at the end and if you haven't realized when assisting a player the highest amount of skill points gain is 0.25... So yea he did do more work that you leemaths... Next time help your partner or you might get a bad reputation which could end up with you getting the assistance in the future...
^^ Saw it more like tag-team than teamwork :D
In the end leemaths posted a topic to shame himself lol!!!
i did both. that's who i get my faction lv even until now :D
i mean 'how' not 'who' ;p
wow...now i know never to team with leemaths
leemaths played wrong.
Dit less work as the first part of a battle is the hardest part.

at the end the golem kills 7 units whit one blow.
Waiting at the beginning should have been enough to fight whit the golem.
these units have a high defence and a high nough attack.
HOw can I make hunters asistence and get hunters items???

lvl 2 hunter to request assistance

finding artifacts r random :p so hunt alot for a better chance lol
Thanks for the laugh leemaths, lolololol
lee,

this makes it on my blacklist before i even actually ever assisted ye.

cam someone adm please change his "ask for assistace" into "ask for meatshield"?

at vleast the randomizer rewarded the real worker there with an artifact
Its not my fault the AI goes after my opponents creatures first, I am just being tactical to ensure the hunt is sucessful whether I am the hunter or the assister, take this battle for instance http://www.heroeswm.com/warlog.php?warid=469291258, I assisted a necromancer using my tactics and unfortunatly he lost all of his units, but I killed off the rest of the wolf riders, he was thankful for my tactics as he gave me some gold for assisting him.
