I ask myself what all rules are made for when Administrators and Moderators are actively playing here and also transferring money in a sum that is UNACCEPTABLE to each other....

Arctic for one is putting in a lot of extra time, energy and work into the game, and deserves it.

It is just a shame to see how you guys block other players (with amounts under 20.000)) and not even care about your own behavior here.
This game is far away to be a clear and transparent game.Especially when you guys transfer such big amounts of money in your clans and buy and sell goods in any form. I am also not talking about 1000-10000 gold... There are much bigger amounts that you are transferring to each other..... Change the rules of transferring´s or open it up for all players to make multiply avatars and allow transfers of good in unlimited way like you also do.... But to set up a rule and not following it by himself is creating a negative environment where everybody thinks: "If the administrator is doing this, then why should I also not do this for myself....".This topic is just about ethics and morales in online - games.
If you as actually a neutral person and referee are taking part in this game,then you should really not take advantage of such methods....
But I also know that this is just a way how it is in this game. Until the transfer bottom is existing there will be illegal transfers of goods and money in any kind of form between players.
With your behavior you create an artificial market with false players on the false positions in the ranking.
If this kind of behavior shall stay in the next view weeks it might be better to leave this game and search for other games.... Heroes of MM already is existing and is well balanced example... I am willing to pay an amount of money to play a well balanced and transparent game than to get frustrated about a free one.

I'm pretty much aware of the rules as I was one of the forgers.
This game is as transparent as it could only be - ANY transfer, be it between players, multiple characters of 1 player or the player's clans, is visible in the transfer logs. They are all there! And you know it, at least you have quoted (for some reason only known to you) a page from my transfer log.
I do not take responsibility for my clan or any of its members, I'm answerable to my own transfers (hope you are OK with that).
So, please, be kind, I'll be awed to hear which transfer do you consider illegal. We may discuss it then, I promise to keep silence and let the audience and other Justice department moderators share their opinion about it.

I am sure that you are aware of the rules of this game.Otherwise I would not expect you to be an admin and a role model for me and other players here.
Referring to the avatar that you have created it seems to me little bit paradox to be an admin and a player at once. You buy and sell goods that have a high price. It is also strange that you still can not value the difference playing and controlling. For instance the difference between you and me. You can block me.I can not block you. This is only one of the difference between admin and customers....etc.
You are as a admin with the position to overview a game and be the referee and somehow also a role model to new players and also old. When you put yourself into the players position even to take part in selling and buying goods this causing a unbalance situation for all other customers.... You and other admins that are having higher transactions sums shall decide rather to play here or be a admin.... This is very easy and clear point. And it doesn't have anything to do with one transaction or many illegal transactions.
Other players that are right now unfortunately blocked (Rapra and other players) had already mentioned this disadvantage that is caused by the admins.
Regarding to this problem is another case where a admin that is also a player, has blocked the player only because saying her or his mind about the match balance in a inappropriate way. This cause the admin such a offense that he blocked the player just for posting a message...
I agree that the way of communication has to have his own appropriate way and shall not be insulting.But concerning to the situation that this game is also living from donations and commerce there shall also exist an indulgence for each admin with the players.
And this is in my mind not guaranteed when admins are in the same position with other players.... There is no guaranty of neutrality given to the game.
From my point of view this is a moral and ethic point.
If you play here and also all other admins,they should not be admins.It is very easy this rule. I have seen not only your transfer log but also your clans transfer and also other players and other clans. There are too many irregular transferring s that are in a very high sum really deregulating and deforming the whole match. Clans have to have transfer limits or no limits to nobody (in my mind there would be anarchy in the last point that destroys the game philosophy).....
It is amusing to ready the complains of each player here- that are also customers- who give a link to the transfer log of others who transfered 100-500 gold in a illegal transaction to another. Compared to the sums that are changing between the players in the clans, these goods and money are really peanuts...
This is not a personal insulting of you what you called calumny. I have too much respect of those people who are actively working for such a game like this here.It is the whole game system that makes it possible to undergo the law regulations. There shall be a change in the rules.
And never underestimate the freedom of speech.

This piece of your post just isn't true. When you read the rules you can see that everyone can post reasons why a player should be banned, then the admins will overview it and respond if the situation requires it.
When a person think the ban he got is unfair there is always the secretary. Here you can gice reasons why a ban isn't fair.
