I think, it's mistake:
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the general property of the character.
But at the transaction moment (07-02-08), I had more 70k gold. And DukOsTb had more 120k gold - win in roulette.
So, 20k present - It's less than 30% (both mine and DukOsTb!)
Laws have not been broken.

Then
Char DukOsTb win in roulette more 100k. I cant find it - too poor logs, but admins can find it exactly - it was(as i know 29-30 june, but may be some early).
Then he made present me (it was less 30%). Some days later he loss all his money in next roulette rounds. But it's not my problem!
It's is not my char - we even live in the different countries.
