Well, the in-game relationships do not count. If the characters are not properly signed in their personal character infos (s.f. rules) and use accounts from one IP, there will be punishment.
This isn't the case, transfers seem to be loans. A present which is not signed is considered a 1 month loan. A loan which is not signed is still a loan, no need for extra signs. If the funds aren't returned in time, there will be consequences though, just make sure guys you return everything in time. |
