I meant to say Dark Elves need a buff or some kind of additional bonus/skill to allow them to be up to par with other factions.
To ironfist: You may say Elfs are not up to par with Dark Elfs, but you are sadly mistaken. Elves bonus = 3% intiative, ok that may not be the best but their units more then make up for it.
As for Dark Elfs = magic piercing, what does it affect?? pretty much nothing, then when it comes down to it, what archers does dark elf have? bandits? lol are you kidding me they suck hardcore. elfs = strong archers combined with decent spellcasting for druids. Does dark elfs have this? no.
The thing is Dark elves are completely underpowered in comparison to other guilds.
All factions pretty much benefit the entire faction but Dark elfs.
Demon = Gating, that is powerful, slow but powerful
Knights = more units
Necro = Ressurrection
Elf = Faster + favoured enemies
Barb = good magic defense (as pretty much all factions have spell access)
Wizards = extremely strong spells (for neutral enemies) plus the ability of mini-artifacts.
Then it comes down to DARK ELF
Dark Elf = Magic piercing? what? that barely affects anything.

I as a dark elf player say that DARK ELFS SUCK. The only reason i play it is because i like the idea of, THE DARKER side of elfs.
That is the only reason and will remain the only reason until things are changed. This is probably the only reason to all other players who use DARk elfs or they want to try something new but they later find out it sucks and dont really want to continue using them. |

I've basically stopped playing due to DE's being underpowered. The faction skill is terrible, and doesn't even overcome the barbarians faction skill. Sure I have 1 fast unit, but it's dead before I can do anything with it. Even if I get to the second turn with my rogue without losing any/many, I have to get through the buffer of imps/druids/farmers...etc. before I can hit my targets.
Mino's are good, but too slow. Calvary are pretty solid overall.
I understand that we're supposed to be a melee class, but shouldn't a melee class that's going to get hit before they can hit back have more units? We get such few units that when we lose one it hurts us more than any other faction. |

as i sayed its hard for DE on 3-5, but elves are strongest at thous levels so then i was speeking that DE are as good as elves i spoke about 7 and highers levels there DE even overcome elves becouse have offencive magic, and there is condition to DE to be stronger then others on 6-7 levels - they must get shrews, shrews are thought, fast and strong.
and u are wronge a lot at spekeeng of racial skills, elven and barbarian skills are not so good as u fink, wizard ability needs and so on

I did not mean to say they have no chances against other levels, I am not level 6 so I can't speak of balance or chances at those levels I just meant to say you can not call them uberfaction just because they can decimate the necros, while they are on equal terms with all the rest.

I am sorry but I think the elven racial skill is very good, double damage chances. And can be used against every race to target their strongest monster. DE racial.. only useful against academy golems and elven unicorns. Getting a favored enemy strike could win you a fight very easily, but DE piercing magic will not.Also I think that barbarian racial also as bad as DE. |

Sorry missing 2 ^_^ but from that data u can tell that DE not the wors faction...
Let's make it more easy to u... let's just count the top 25 russian player
10 were Elf
3 were Necromancer
0 were Wizard (they the one who should cry)
2 were Knight (I'm crying too)
3 were Barbarians
6 were Dark Elf
1 were Demon (they also cry ^_^ )
So dark elf sit on number 2 in top russian player... what are u complaining about ??? They can do it... so can u... The other faction beside Elf and Dark Elf still have to still crawling behind. |

Every top player at russian server, they not play just with 1 faction... I don't know why, but ur complain has been nullified by the data above.
So stop telling that DE is weak, otherwise DE won't take 6 place on the top 25 russian player... that's number 2 just below the elf ok...
