That means that that character was imposed a penalty for having more than one character, and used them to transfer money, resources or items between eachother.
And that is against the rules. |

| The punishment is *usually* double the amount of what was transferred in the first place. So Powermage would have sent ~5000, and Abdullah ~25000. |
