can anyone put list of quests with its requirements? it would be very helpful

Introp | I'm not sure but i think there are only thieves/mercenaries quests.
For the thief quests you need to be lvl 6 and receive a invitation/pay diamonds and for not dying at mercenaries quests a lvl of 5(or more..). |
