Does your Hunting Skill affects the amount of troops/neutral monsters you can hunt or the threat level of them? I always have to hunt troops with the threat level: Piece of cake! and i never lose troops and get no more then 75-150 gold and 10-30 xp of them and very little hunting points, to increase my hunting skill i have to hunt for months. Is there a way to hunt more troops? Exept for assist because then i get 10% of the hunter points, no xp and a little gold.

I think in a solo hunt, you generally get 0.5 faction exp and 1 hunt exp. If you win, the enemy stack grows next time you meet them. More monsters do give more combat exp.
In assists you share the 0.5 faction exp with assistant. Assistant can get 0.25 at most. Hunt exp is split 0.4 / 0.1. Both hunter and assistant have a chance of getting hunter artifacts, so generally people are happy to help if they can. |

You're right, previous time i battled Hobgoblins it were 47, i won and now there are 71. I won again so i hope i get 100+ the next time.

42 becomes 54 (25-30%), 6 becomes 7 (16,6%, you can call it 15%), 47 becomes 71 (50%) so i think increase in troops is random.

i see those high lvl player hunt very very often, more often than dueling |
