if one person has 0/10 mana and another person has 0/20 mana
will they both get 10/10 and 20/20 at the same time? | | Yes, in 30 minutes. But for example the first needs 3 minutes to restore 1 mana and the second one - only 1,5 minutes. This is the difference in the knowledge. | | ok thats what i thought) |
