You need to rise to lvl 5 and build the magick guild.
Then you'll have magick arrow for example. |

do you mean the talent wheel with all the spells on it? |

can a knight learn spells before level 5 (when he can build a Magic Guild level 1) if he increase the knowledge from 0 to 1 ????
he must increase spell power from 0 to 1 also??? |
