| Is there any help file we can use to understand the rules, purpose and function of Public Services? For example, I have no idea what Clan Registration or registry office does. |
registry office = relationship
clan registration = make a clan (kinda obvious)
hunter guild = buy a license that lets u hunt more
mercenary's guild = quest (don't even try till level 3 might not do 1 till level 5)
thieves guild = attack a unsuspecting player and if u win u get like 50 gold (if ur being attacked and u r a lower level u get a monk unit)
i think thats all of them

As for the registry office and clan registration, I am more curious about what they do for us. What's the give and take in it? |

Registry office allows you to have a "family" in the game. No use but roleplay.
Clan registration allows you to create a clan. See some clans' pages if you want to know how useful it can be. |
