| I have purchased training chambers but i dont know how to upgrade my farmers to recruits. Any help? | Farmers are not updated in the training chambers. It's a separate upgrade, that you get on level 5 (or 3 if you use diamonds). On your castle page check on the top right corner for "Upgraded Constructions" and you should see it.
Actually a lot of people assume the training chambers will serve as upgrades, because it says "The hero is able to train lower tier troops into higher ones.", which is misleading. What the sentence means is that it'll increase the numbers of lower tier troops (aka farmers) which you can trade for higer tier ones (aka bowmen and swordies).
