Aravil is correct. I suppose that you could consider it as getting 5 points at combat level 4 and 5 points per level thereafter.
Of course you can't buy any talents with 5 Talent points so the Admins probably dodged the bullet of endless questons like "Why do I have talent points when I don't have enough to buy any!" by only awarding Talent points at the stage when you can afford to buy a talent.

Actually u can buy Spirit link for 5 points!
And thats the only advantage of necros, someone from the developers must really hate them cos they are truly disabled with the decrease of hitpoins with the every resurection and the lowest speed and initiative! |
