Hello,
A friend of mine is unable to retrieve his password. He enters in his account and email address, and it says that it has sent the password to the email address, but no email comes, and it has been a few hours. Does it take a while or is it broken?

I've sent him emails to it to confirm it works and it does, but nothing comes from Heroes... | On some weak or chaotic email servers usual mails received normal but mails from automation sellers (like on-line game's mail bots) received with big delay (0.5-3 days) or even canceled by email server due to it's status of automatic generated. I know few such email servers, for example "mail.ru".
In some games it isn't advised create characters with email address there, regarding to this feature, because of this if player forget his password email server not always deliver email from Game bot to his email account.
To ensure that you friend doesn't have this problem I recommend you to check if your friend's email server in list of unprompted mails. | | also check spam mail. |
