maybe you mean the incorporeal skill which causes yours attack to miss.
50% chance, but after two consecutive hits a compulsory miss will occur, and vice versa. Incorporeal does not concern magical attacks against this creature. Any magic applied to this creature also resets the consecutive hits & misses counter to 0 (revive excluded) | 50%, however if you've already missed twice, you won't miss the third time. If it was hit twice, then next will be sure miss. Damage from spell will reset the count.
If you're unlucky, it could go like miss-miss-hit-miss-miss-hit-miss-miss | | dmge from any spell exept magic punch resets it |
