| Probably been asked before but don't see it, what does the AP actually do - i noticed it scales based on artifacts equipped, but does it actually do anything within the game? |

AP doesn't help ranged units.
AP r used also for the tournament |

The number of arrows/bolts/throwing axes is simply called "Shots" in creature stats window.
AP here is what Clair_de_Luna said. True the word "ammunition" could be confusing for some. |
