You have to be level 6, and have built the blacksmith.
Then you need elements, and an item to enchant.
Elemtens you recieve from doing quests at the Mercenary-guild. |

Well, you can buy elements on the market from other players if they sell them.
But usually you get them by doing quests at the Mercenary-guild. As I said.
And you enchant in the blacksmith! |
