Are there such thing as quadruple (4) mini-arts???
I saw some one the russian version so I'm just wondering if it's included on this version. If there is, what faction lvl do you have to be?

On russian server nobody has such mini-artifacts. Once admins used them just to show..
They can be POSSIBLY created on 10 or higher level of racial skill |
| From 1st Wizard skill level you can make one-effect mini-arts, from 4th Wizard skill level two-effect mini-arts, from 7th - third-effect mini-arts. About fourth-effect mini-arts, i don't know, may to ask it on russian heroeswm forum if you want |

Cuz max fraction level is currently 9 even for .ru server
So 7~9 3-effect Mini-arts

| I think so. If four-effect mini-arts were exist, it's were unreal to win wizard at first, and at second mini-arts - it's expensive fun, so four-effect mini-arts were unreal expensive(500-800k for every 30 creatures) |
