What you are doing IS NOT fair thyat is the problem.It doesnt matter who the other party is giving gifts of more than 30% is against the rules.READ THE RULES,you signed the agreement that you would abide by the rules when you first joined.Whether you read them or not is your problem.IGNORANCE is no excuse for breaking the rules of the game
