black dragon for dark elf

but won't the races with dragons be much stronger than does without? (ex: barbarian)

Green and Emerald are Elven Faction Dragons (not upgraded - upgraded version) |
| just because it is called a dragon, does not make them stronger than say, an angel or a titan |
