why is it that sometimes a units initiative is higher than other units, but it doesnt go first? for example:

my ally (tom82) units, his bowmen and druids, both have initiative of 10.5, but the enemies initiative is 10.4 or 10.3 for their bowmen and druids, yet they got first attack. why? | | http://www.heroeswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1832909 |
