Those transfers are so long ago, they may still be in the clan when they donated, they may have left the clan now. I dont think its valid for a complaint or something, besides the amount is so small.... |

3.14. Large transfers without cause and description are prohibited. All debts must be returned one month after receiving, or else the transaction will be regarded as violation of par. 3.6
if i report in or before 1 month, i am very sure they'll say i'll returned it before a month, then i'll get BAN again by mod. I am agree with you 500 gold isnt a large amount of transfer but he klajeret already give more than 30% of his own gold. |

anyway warlord did not break the rule
1) Its not a large transfer
2) Description = Clan funds/donations
3) It wasn't a gift
4) The 30% for gift includes the sender's properties (equipments, gold, resource mini artifacts etc.)
5) You said "klajeret already give more than 30% of his own gold", even by calculating gold alone, it is calculated based on "THAT TIME" when he sent the gold. Not by looking at his money now. If it's by your way, LOL

haha.... so a very good attitude like you dont go kick those cheaters out, everyone also want to have a fair game here. so you mean we can make transfers that not violate to the rules as follow:
1.not large transfer such as less than 1k gold, send every month like someone did before as in topic smart transfer?

2.30% gifts, then means if player X is a multi of player Y, player X can transfer all his golds and equipment (sell to market transfer into gold) to player Y by saying 30% gift until he have less than min gold? then there'll be a lot players like you lol. |
This is your assumption, as least we don't do it. Admin are able to check IP, they will know if your using multi accounts to cheat or wad so ever. It's true that a lot people were blocked and some remain un-caught yet. Warlord was playing since May this year, if what he did was cheating he would have been blocked long time ago since the start of his clan. This topic is on him, so stop shifting the focus to your X and Y players.
I agree with you to kick cheaters out, but i don't agree to wrongly accuse those who follow the rules.
From your example, it seems that your saying that all Clan leaders have a lot of multi accounts?
My clan got 100+ people that give donations, all are my multi account? You have to view this issue in an objective aspect. |
Rankine are you a mod? where does it say that? and yes i think the attitude "I dont have to do proper research, just report them, cause they only get 2 days ban" is awfull
members of my clan pay tax to me yes, like in many other clans. THE FACT THAT MY CLANLOG IS TO BIG FOR YOU TO HANDLE DOESNT MAKE ME A CHEATER!!! If you think you can find anything on me then atleast do a f...... deacent job!! |
