I am currently at 5% skill, so max possible is around 20% if using 4 upgraded arts (capes are counted as jewelry too, at least cape of spirits is), i can do doubles now too so i.e 4% air +4%earth per artifact
Nature spells efficiency - 5 Windflowers, 5 Tiger's claws
Earth spells damage - 5 Meteorite shards, 5 Tiger's claws
Air spells damage - 5 Windflowers, 5 Meteorite Shards
Water spells damage - 5 Ice crystals, 5 Witchblooms
Fire spells damage - 5 Fire Crystals, 5 Abrasives
If you are my clan member, warlord refunds some of elements cost.
Remember that real cost is not as high as it appears as warlord managed to achieve 60% repair skill. If you want to calculate exact cost per battle you can use this:
