Best smith I know is Warlord - he can repair artifacts up to 50% of their previous durability. |

you can't do this on 2 lvl |
| To repair an artifact with a durability of 0 you must have acquired the Blacksmith in your castle, or you can have someone who already has the Blacksmith to repair it for you. |
