| It means very high difficulty. It's like try it alone if you dare. |
| and even with 2 players is sometimes almost impossible... |
| the exclamation mark means it is either tied with or higher than the highest kill count by any player of your faction at that level |

Haven't encountered that before... I'm not saying it doesn't exist, just that I haven't seen or heard about it.
About the threat-level... It's not "Challenging"... Could be something like "Is this even worthy of my attention?". :P |
