1. Will it affect the stats you earned from levelling up your racial exp (i.e. remove defense stats you earned from racial levelling, or your initial stats gained when you joined the game)?
2. Is this -10% intiative only effective in the 1st hour?
Sound like a stupid question to ask. But to me I just want to clarify for I've never used it before. Help will be appreciated. | 1. no
