this skill wil help ye vs magic shields and ot her ways of immunities vs magic.
as noted before, there are more usefull skills, thou, being able to piecrce magic shield up to 90% at faction level 9, is not that bad thou (in full arted fights that is, in no arts fights, is is next to useless except vs barbarians and golems) |

this is not wizard faction skill.
DE magic piercing is useless even at 90% |
i do not agree on it being useless,
it simply is a lot less usefull; than other skills, but definetly not useless |
